Delivery and return


You can choose from:
- Delivery by the La Poste carrier with signature or by DPD with Signature.
- Shipping costs are free for any order over € 150 including tax (product price for Belgium), € 180 (for France) and for which the package weight is less than 10 kg.
- Free of postage with collection in our store in Namur during our opening hours (address and times indicated on our site), this option is intended for our customers having the possibility of coming to collect their order directly in our store in Namur.

The products ordered are transported at the risk and peril of the recipient.
The products are delivered by La Poste or DPD to the delivery address you indicated during the ordering process, delivered by hand and against signature.
Delivery delay:
- 1 to 2 working days for Belgium
- 2 to 4 working days for metropolitan France, Corsica and Monaco,
- 4 to 6 working days for EEC countries,
subject to stock availability.
This is an average time depending on the destination and the availability of the items. CAPRICE BEAUTE cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery on the part of LA POSTE or DPD and does not give the customer the right to claim damages.

You must check the conformity of the goods delivered at the time of delivery and before signing the delivery note. You must indicate on the delivery note and in the form of handwritten reserves accompanied by your signature any anomaly concerning the delivery (damaged product). This verification is considered to have been carried out once the buyer, or a person authorized by him, has signed the delivery note. You must also confirm these reservations to the carrier by registered mail no later than three working days following receipt of the item (s) and send a copy of this mail by email:
If the products need to be returned to us, they must be returned within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery. Any complaint made after this deadline cannot be accepted.
The return of the product can only be accepted for products in their original condition (compulsory invoice, packaging, protective disc, accessories, instructions).
We draw your attention: certain products such as semi-permanent varnishes and products in unsealed bottles with brushes cannot be returned or exchanged , whatever the delay.
If at the time of delivery, the original packaging is damaged , torn, opened, then you must check the condition of the items. If they have been damaged, you must absolutely refuse the package and note a reservation on the delivery slip (package refused because open or damaged).

ERROR ON OUR PART: CAPRICE BEAUTE undertakes to exchange products that do not correspond to your order resulting from an error on our part. In this case, please report it within 48 hours of receipt of the articles, in detail only by email ( After confirmation from us by return email, send us the product (s) in the original packaging, intact, not unsealed and unused, accompanied by all possible accessories, invoice, user manuals and documentation to the address next: CAPRICE BEAUTE 79, Avenue du bourgmestre Jean Materne 5100 Jambes (Belgium).
Any complaint made after this deadline cannot be accepted.

MISTAKE ON YOUR PART: CAPRICE BEAUTE grants a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of delivery to return at your own expense the products that do not suit you. We draw your attention: certain products such as semi-permanent varnishes and products in unsealed bottles with brushes cannot be returned or exchanged, whatever the delay.

Any return must be reported to us by email ( and after confirmation from us by return email, you can reship the products to us against signature in order to avoid any loss of packages. We draw your attention to the fact that any product subject to withdrawal from the consumer must be returned to us in new condition, suitable for resale. Any product that has been damaged , that is incomplete, or whose original packaging is damaged or absent, will not be refunded or exchanged.
In the event of a possible exchange, the re-shipment costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

IMPORTANT: Any return of products that will not be made according to the above procedure will not be taken into account.
